Wanderloster Studio is an independent architecture practice led by architect, Angela Leon. Angela’s studio vision is rooted in creating “wanderful” architecture, a term she coined, which believes that architecture lives at the intersection of art, biophilia, and technology. The goal with their branding was to create something that celebrated nature, sacred geometry, and the connection between form and fluidity.

(ABOUT)

The logo for wanderloster was designed to represent the juxtaposition between architecture and nature. The perfect circle found seemingly “out of place” within the italicized forms, conceptually represents the geometric perfection of form amidst a fluid environment.

The color palette was chosen for it’s connection to nature with a calm and feminine presence to represent the same qualities that the client strives for in her spaces and projects.

We built out an iconography system based of this client’s studio themes, also known as ‘the wanders’. Taking a lot of inspiration from sacred geometry, these icons are meant to serve as a visual representation of what this brand’s ethos and message stand for.
