RETURNS (US ONLY): All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase, at your own shipping expense. All items must be in original condition, packaging, and arrive back to us undamaged. Please note, if you received free shipping, we will be deducting the original shipping costs from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item, send us an email at and we will organize a replacement for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Unfortunately due to the complexity of shipping items outside of the US we cannot offer a refund on international orders. If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will do everything in our power to correct the situation to your satisfaction.
